If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 2. Products & Payments 2.1. E-Book & Upsells. The Site offers a digital e-book and optional upsell products (collectively, the “Products”). 2.2. Pricing. All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. 2.3. Payment Processing. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for your purchases. 3. Delivery & Access Upon successful payment, you will receive an email (via WordPress email services) with a download link or access instructions for your Product(s). If you don’t receive this within 24 hours, please contact support. 4. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the e-book or upsells have been delivered. 5. Intellectual Property All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and product content—is owned by Fallon Evans or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. 6. User Conduct You agree not to: Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code. Use the Site in any way that disrupts or harms our services. 7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability The Site and all Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
